Champagne Charlie
At last I have fixed my website again. It's been down ever since I thought my self somewhat of an I.T. expert and started playing around and broke it. Long story short, I have a lot of catching up to do. Back in august we visited the Champagne area in France. What we didn't know however, is that whole the region shuts down during exactly that time, to prepare for the upcoming mayhem which is harvest season. At least it made for a nice and ...

South Africa Part 2
Part 2 has been long overdue. A nice roadtrip following the infamous Garden Route along the Southern Coast of South Africa. Think big surf, cliffs, whales, vineyards, great food and of course the table mountain region to top it off. Following the route from Port Elisabeth, Knysna, Swellendam, Hermanus, Franschhoek and finishing in Cape Town.
South Africa Part 1
Part 1 of our magical trip through South Africa. This post covers our trip from Johannesburg to Durban. Driving along the impressive Panorama route our first stop was Hazyview. From there on to Kruger National Park. Heading straight down to the coast to Swaziland, when then hit Hluwhluwe National park and St. Lucia, ending in Durban. Here we'd catch the plane on to Port Elisabeth. Next post covers Port Elisabeth to Capetown!
Amazing Argentina
An amazing country displaying such a variety in landscapes, making it very difficult to make a selection of the photos in this post. I hope it provides you with a good idea of what the country has to offer. We were definitely overwhelmed by all it had on display and had one of our best travels here. More so by the friendly and positive people who live in this country. Enjoy!
Amsterdam on Film
Some more pics from the good ol' Minolta. Shots taken around Vondelpark and Kinkerbuurt. Shot on Kodak Ektar 100 film. Enjoy!
Golden Oldies
Right now it's raining cats and dogs, windy and it's dark. Typical Dutch autumn. So here's a series shot on my Dad's old Minolta (30 years), which I found in the attic. Still works pretty well right? Film was both Kodak Portra 400 and Kodak Ektar 100. Photos are from suburbs of Orland, Miami Beach and Key West.
New York, New York
The Big Apple. What an amazing city. Featuring massive Manhattan with its endless blocks of urban landscape packed to the brim on a single island. The dark grey area surrounding Wall Street, tranquil Greenwich Village, vibrant Little Italy or uptown Upper West and East side. They are all worlds on their own. All images edited with a Kodak Ektar 100 film preset to give the photos a more vintage feel. Enjoy and feel free to subscribe on the ...
